Community Residential Settings

 

Program Overview

Restart Inc. provides Community Residential Setting (CRS) housing and services for adults living with a Traumatic Brain Injury and other co-occurring disabilities. In our Community Residential Settings (CRS) individuals are provided with support, training, and individualized care tailored to their needs and preferences. 

Services at our CRS Sites include:

  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living

  • Community Participation & Mobility

  • Independent Living Skills – Including Household Management, Interpersonal Skills, Money Management, Self Care & More!

  • Nutritious Meals & Snacks

  • Sleep Staff On-Site: 10pm – 6am

  • Healthcare Coordination with our RN/LPN

  • Advocacy & Social Services Support

  • Socialization and Activities  

     

Qualifications

  • 18 Years or Older

  • Diagnosis of Brain Injury, or other Disability

  • Eligible for Public Funding, or working on Eligibility

    • Services funded through a Waiver Program (CADI, BI or EW)

    • Room and Board Funded through GRH (Group Residential Housing) or paid privately (SSI, SSDI, RSDI)

    • 4 Bedroom Residential Home

  • Regent: Located in Robbinsdale

    • 4 Bedroom Residential Home

  • Colorado: Located in Crystal

    • 4 Bedroom Residential Home

  • Zealand: Located in New Hope

    • 4 Bedroom Residential Home
