Restart, Inc. operates three 24-Hour Customized Living, and four Community Residential Settings dedicated to individuals living with traumatic brain injury. The level of care varies from site to site based on a continuum of independence.
We provide supports services under the following funding options: Brain Injury (BI) Waiver, Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver, Private Pay, Workers Comp, or Other Insurance
