Outreach Assistance
Restart, Inc. provides Independent Living Skills services to individuals with a documented disability. Appropriate goals are developed and services determined pending intake by our Outreach Director.
We provide ILS services under the following funding options:
• Brain Injury (BI) Waiver
• Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI) Waiver
• Alternative Care Waiver
• Workers Comp
• Other Insurances
