Kathy’s Place

Restart’s first, site, Kathy’s Place is located in residential South Minneapolis. Kathy’s Place provides the following services for 9 individuals living with brain injury:

• Housing with Services – 9 bedrooms
• Health Care Coordination RN/LPN
• Independent Living Skills staff
• Direct Support Professional staff
• 24 Hour Staff
• All meals provided

    Eddie suffered a brain injury when he was only 13 years old. Playing with his brothers, he fell and sustained a blow to the head. He was left in a wheelchair, unable to walk.
