Restart, Inc. operates 7 residential sites dedicated to individuals living with traumatic brain injury. The level of care varies from site to site based on a continuum of independence.
We provide supports services under the following funding options:
• Brain Injury (BI) Waiver
• Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver
• Private Pay
• Workers Comp
• Other Insurances
